The reason we chose Mountain Dew is because of its high amount of sugar for just 20 ounces. Even though it has 0 grams of fat, it has a high amount of sodium. All round, not the healthiest drink.
The reason why we picked Lays Potato Chips because of the unhealthy amount of sodium per serving, it also has low total fat. Crazy amount of calories just for chips.

A Big Mac is ridiculously unhealthy; this food should be a health hazard. With 1070mg of sodium, you might get high cholesterol from one meal.
Monster Energy drink, you never hear anything good about this beverage, to heart problems to even killing people with heart conditions. These foods aren’t that bad for you if you only eat them in small portions but if you eat them all the time in large quantities you will start to develop some serious health problems. What the chart that is shown on the previous page is that each food contains a lot of one of the essential nutrients but if there is too much of one it can possibly even kill you!
