Rangers Football Recap
North football struggled in the beginning of the year without a win for six games in a row. Instead north ended the year going 3-7. After the three crushing losses all in a row it seemed there was no hope for us and that our varsity football team wasn’t going to win a game all season.
But just like all Cleveland teams the fans stuck by and cheered for our Rangers. When they traveled to Lakeside, with determination and key plays, the Rangers didn’t let us down they beat lakeside and gave our team hope.
With that win it gave the football the momentum they needed to get another victory, and with the win and confidence they built it gave them power to fight University and get a second win in a row under their belt. With that win you could feel the energy, momentum and confidence in the arena to take on Geneva and win.
But even with all that momentum and pride we still couldn’t conquer the biggest game of the season, against South. Even though we lost that game it didn’t feel as bad, because we still had the pride of our three game winning streak. So in all I’m happy with our team and the energy shown on the field and as always. GO RANGERS!
