Self-driving cars? Closer than we think
By David Willson
We have all seen movies set far in the future with cars that zoom throughout the busy streets by themselves. But advances in technology are making the future sooner. Self-driving cars have been approved for street testing in about a year.
There are some arguments against it though. Critics say with different weather patterns it makes it hard for the camera to read the road well. Another problem so far is the laws and their slow development for fast developing technology, if two drivers are on the road with self-driving cars and crash whose fault would it be?
This is one of the current designs for these new advanced cars. Although they might not be one of the prettiest cars you’ve ever seen, one things for sure they are sure leading the way to the future.
